how "hypnosis may help anxious teens"
Is your child having difficulties at home or at school? Is he/she displaying behavior that is 'challenging'? Are they frequently excluded from the classroom or being sent home from school altogether because teachers are unable to teach due to your child's disruptive behaviour. Perhaps your child is very withdrawn or so painfully shy that they are unable to establish good peer relationships. Does your child become very anxious around the times of SATs or GCSE exams?
Children are extremely receptive to being helped with hypnotherapy. The children we work with and their parents and teachers are thankful for the positive changes that take place as a result of hypnotherapy. We are able to help with emotional and behavioural difficulties that upset school and/or home life. Often the child has difficulties with social and emotional progress which effects relationships with peers, teachers and family members.
We have been helping children address issues such as low self esteem, anger-management, exam anxiety, bullying, bed-wetting and peer relationships and the children have shown a marked improvement in concentration, confidence, feeling positive and enjoy better relationships with parents, teachers and peers.
Hypnotherapy sessions for children are offered at the Hampshire Hypnotherapy Centre in Titchfield Park or schools can request sessions at the school for individual students.
Deep relaxation sessions for classes of students (and teachers!) are also available.
